Dylan (Year 9) participated in the British Schools Judo Championships in March, battling against formidable competition to finish in 5th place nationally within his age and weight category. Dylan achieved all this just 3 weeks after having suffered a concussion in a previous competition.
Dylan’s route to the national championships required him to compete in the regional Yorkshire and Humber Schools Championship, where he took home a silver medal and booked his place in the national finals.
We couldn’t be prouder of Dylan’s achievements and will be cheering him on in future competitions!
