In form, you will see Literacy Leaders handing out book vouchers which can be exchanged for a free book at Asda, Tesco or WHSmith in Long Eaton, or used for £1 off any book. There will be a DEAR taking place Period 2 10.35-10.55 – please ensure all students have reading books in preparation. The Library is open every registration.
There is a ‘Mystery Reader’ competition taking place all week – Literacy Leaders will be coming round to hand out entry slips and these will also be available in the Library.
There is a ‘Bookmark Competition’ for our new TTCT reading lists taking place, entry slips are available in the Library.
All staff are invited to dress up as a book character – Can you guess who is who?
